How we look after your details

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we keep:

• your email address
• your phone (iPhone, Android or both)
• your age group, if you choose one
• the country you live in
• the words you agreed to when you ticked the box, and when you joined
• a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet address, only to stop people flooding the form
• whether our welcome email reached you

What we use it for

We use your details only for Tiny Roam: to send pilot invites, launch news, your founding walker stamp and the waitlist print offer, and to count how many walkers use iPhone or Android, which age groups and which countries, so we know who to invite and where to start.

We never sell your details, and we don't use them for ads.

Who else handles it

A few services run the waitlist for us, and see your details only to do that:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the waitlist.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Google holds our email inbox, so it keeps any email you send us.

These services may store data outside Singapore. Each protects it under its own data protection terms.

This website

The site doesn't set cookies and has no ads or tracking. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts and its 3D map code from jsDelivr; like any website you visit, they see your internet address when your browser asks for those files. The map is drawn from OpenStreetMap data. The "try it" loop you draw stays on your device.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details while the waitlist runs. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you straight away. If you'd like your details deleted, email us and we will delete them.

Your choices

• Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Email hello@tinyroam.app and we'll reply within 30 days.

We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
